The BSR Miniature Ball Screws with Cylindrical and Flange Nuts by PBC Linear represent a significant advancement in precision linear motion technology. Designed and manufactured in America, these ball screws are available in six metric sizes (diameter x lead), offering a compact and efficient solution for a wide range of applications. 

With a static axial load capacity up to 2.144 kN (482 lb), these units are engineered for durability and performance. The use of a multi-liner ball return system enhances their efficiency, with polymer wipers at each end of the nut to prevent debris ingress, maintaining the system's integrity.

BSR Miniature Ball Screw with Cylindrical Nut

Ball screws with cylindrical-style nuts allow for a more compact assembly design than their flange counterpart. They mount into specially designed housings, while a keyway in the nut mates with the housing to keep the nut from rotating within the housing.

BSR Miniature Ball Screw with Flange Nut

Ball screws with flanged ball nuts are mounted to a plate or block using bolts or screws are secured through the provided holes. Flange-style nuts can often be easier to remove and install in an assembly, provided the mounting screws are easily accessible.
