The Tall Profile Uni-Guide Linear Slide Rail comes in a variety of off-the-shelf and custom lengths up to 2,750 mm.

Running Clearance
Precision Series: Featuring ceramic-coated rails and carriages for exceptional corrosion resistance. The FrelonGOLD self-lubricating liner provides outstanding performance, supporting the highest loads, longest wear life, and fastest speeds. Engineered for the most precise running clearance, ideal for high-precision applications.

Cantilevered Loads
The carriage will bind if the 2:1 ratio for cantilevered loads and drive forces is exceeded. This principle is independent of load or force. The 2:1 Bearing Ratio specifies the maximum allowable ratio of moment arm distance to bearing length that prevents binding or motion hindrance. Numerically, it is represented as "2:1," where "2x" is the moment arm distance and "1x" is the bearing length. For example, if 2x is 10 inches, then 1x must be 5 inches.
